I downloaded the VLC app on my Apple TV 4K, and it was no surprise it played everything fine, but to my disappointment, multi-channel audio codecs were not perfectly preserved. So I'm back to trying to find an Apple TV App that can do this. These files play fine with proper Atomos / DTS:X support from my Sony UBP-X800, but I just upgraded that to a Panasonic DP-UB820 which produces no audio on a majority of the files. These files have a variety of audio codecs: I have a DLNA server with various file types on it: I'm running a 7.1.4 (11.1 channel) speaker configuration. ![]() ![]() Has anyone found an App for Apple TV that can play Atmos / DTS:X from a DLNA server?
